Some new concepts on highly irregular vague graphs

It is known that vague models give more precision, flexibility and compatibility to the system as compare to the classic and fuzzy models. In this paper, we introduce homomorphism and weak isomorphism of neighborly irregular vague graphs. Density and balanced irregular vague graphs are defined. Finally, we show that every irregular vague graph which is complete is balanced.
