Research of Resources Allocation Model in Emergency Decision of Incidents

With economics developing rapidly and social economic booming, the rapid development of society turns to have both sides. Emergencies also easily set a more serious impact on society, ecological environment and people´s life and property safety. Using resources allocation in emergency decision of incidents as the researching object, the article analyses essences and features of resources allocation activity,and establish a general model to describe the elements involved in the emergency resources allocation activities to provide a reference for a standard, effective and comprehensive resource allocation decisions.
