Abstract :
In order to further increase the fiber-coupled module output power, eight 808 nm and eight 980 nm cm-bar laser diodes, 50 W output each, fiber coupling module has been designed by using ZEMAX optical design software through and polarization combination and wavelength combination. The core diameter of output fiber is 400 μm with a numerical aperture of 0.22. Finally the fiber output power is 757.4 W, with a coupling efficiency of 94.7%, output power, eight 808 nm and eight 980 nm cm-bar laser diodes, 50 W output each, fiber coupling module has been designed by using ZEMAX optical design software through and polarization combination and wavelength combination.
