Abstract :
Spectral beam combining is an effective way to simultaneously achieve semiconductor laser high power and high beam quality. This article carried out the research of efficiency to the system of spectral beam combining of multiple single diode lasers. Respectively, for 8 ×× nm, 9××nm, 10 ×× wavelength, using 3, 8, 14, 19 single diode lasers to carry on spectral beam combining. Discussing the factors that affect the efficiency of spectral beam combining of single diode lasers.
