            Abstract : 
This article makes a deep research on the mathematical physical model and scanning model of the two-dimensional (2-D) pointing system of the Search and Tracking System in detail: analyses the characteristics of image rotation for a certain staring system with area FPA; studies the changes of scanning stepping angel on the condition that there is none omitted scan area in the different theaters of the field for searching and tracking.
