Abstract :
The earth resources technology satellite, the remote sensing satellite and the early warning satellite play more and more important part both in the civil and military use at the present time, while the line of sight(LOS) measurement error under the influence of many factors affects the measurement precision of the target location, which is the urgent problem of the on-orbit geometric calibration of satellite. In this paper, the location error, the attitude error and the infrared sensor turning error of the geo-stationary earth orbit (GEO) infrared remote sensing satellite were analyzed quantitatively by mathematical model, which was used for reference. The allowable range of each kind of error were presented, which satisfying the measurement precision of satellite. The results are useful for the control of orbit, attitude and sensor of satellite, and also for the on-orbit geometric calibration of satellite.
