Abstract :
This paper introduces space environment simulation test equipment for high performance optical remote sensor by designing and implementation of oil free vacuum system. Design calculations of vacuum system are in good agreement with the experimental data, the device is stable and reliable long-term operation; equipment in vacuum chamber, the residual gas mass spectrometry analysis and some results of vacuum thermal environment test show that, the amount of pollution index reached the requirements of space environment simulation test equipment.
