Abstract :
The intermittent power has unpredictable property, specific to the situation that microgrid containing intermittent power operates by connected to distribution system, this paper build a dynamic economical dispatch model with the objective of minimizing the cost of conventional generator. Considering intermittent power´s uncertainty, this paper applies the scenario method, by means of Latin hypercube sampling, Cholesky Decomposition and Scenarios Elimination to create the error scenarios, and solves the dynamic economical dispatch model above-mentioned by using CONOPT that is under in General Algebraic Modeling Software(GAMS). Numerical examples verify the correctness of the proposed model. The method´s effectiveness and practicability also can be proved.
