Abstract :
The variable frequency power supply system has advantages of energy saving and light weighting. With its application in the new aircraft, DC distribution system is becoming important direction of more or all electric aircraft in the future. More constant frequency load will be supplied with DC main bus by inverter. Aircraft electric power system operation may suffer from large signal disturbances, which affect the inverter´s performance greatly. To address the issue, this paper presents a 12-pulse inverter model for large signal disturbance based on generalized state space averaging method. By comparing generalized state space averaging model analysis result with state space averaging and time domain simulation, it is very verified the model is more accurate and effective for dc main bus power distribution system.
