Abstract :
Marine datasets are usually large and grow rapidly, in which large amount of factors are involved in, and there are many complex interactions existed among these factors. Thus, general statistical analysis is too inefficient to be used to systematically deal with marine big data. Then a systematic analysis of framework for marine big data based on association rules mining and complex network theory are developed in this study, and some conclusions about the correlations of water factors have been presented, which contributes to find the key water factors and predict algal blooms in the Bohai Sea and the North Yellow Sea in China.
