Abstract :
Temperature control is a variable of interest in healthy growth of aquatic plants, since the absorption of carbon dioxide during photosynthesis depends on this variable. In this work, a temperature control system is exposed and divided into the temperature measurement by a digital temperature sensor and PID temperature controller, tuned with the Ziegler-Nichols method. This system, implemented in an experimental cultivation system of aquatic plants, has produced satisfactory results in plants growth.
