Abstract
With continuous miniaturization of electronic systems, mm-scale sensors are emerging as a future sensor system platform. Recent advancements in mm-scale sensor design is reviewed in this paper. A mm-scale sensor platform and its characteristics are presented and prototype implementation for diverse applications on recent literature are introduced.
