  • Abstract
    This paper studies algorithm design and analysis in time synchronization for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) with random bounded communication delays. A least square estimation based time synchronization (LSTS for short) algorithm is proposed. Mathematic modeling of the algorithm is presented. The LSTS algorithm ensures asymptotic convergence of drift estimations and boundedness of global time-synchronization errors under random bounded communication delays, and the global steady-state time synchronization error in the network is affine to the bound of communication delays.
