Abstract :
The aim of this study is based on grey entropy model in grey system theory to evaluate the biochemical testing interval in preterm neonates, include growth hormone, insulin-like growth factors, IGF-binding proteins and leptin, the proteins known to be involved in the regulation of growth. And find the most important time for the testing each interval. First, we use the measurement data from blood sample, which collected from 55 preterm neonates for four continuous weeks as our original data. Second, the grey entropy model in grey system theory is applied as our mathematics model, to find which week in the most important test interval. After the result is found, it can be the reference for the research of test interval in the field of preterm neonates.
