Abstract :
The distributed sensor network can be implemented in transport applications. There is a lot of information in traffic that can be used as a source for certain detections. In this case we are using acoustic emissions of the traffic. The idea is to analyze the captured audio signal and to identify vehicles with prior right of way. Thanks to distributed network the data may be processed in traffic lights control device. In spite of this fact emergency vehicles can reach the destination in shorter time.
