Abstract :
With the rise of Internet of Things technology, more appliance manufacturers and Internet companies have joined the research in smart home solutions. The current smart home mobile terminals applications are developed either on pure Web Mode or individual native application development on each Mobile Platform. For the latter, the realization of message pushing and communication is achieved independently on each platform. In order to reduce costs of development and maintenance as well as improve scalability, this paper designs a message-pushing extension Module based on the framework of Apache Cordova, which caters for the two major mobile platforms iOS and Android, to provide a message communication module support for cross-Platform Smart home Mobile applications.
