Abstract :
Distribution, loss of current and voltage will directly result the inaccuracy of metering device, Plug-in metering device can achieve meter rapid installation through insertion and evulsion, being a hot research and application at present. Combined with this configuration, set an interlock-delay link, which controlled by micro limit switches and a dedicated key, we can realize meters´ replacement or reformation under uninterruptible power supply. On the other hand, if replaced or reformed illegally, there will be power failure, and cannot recover except professionals from power supply company. In this case, we can prevent electricity theft from it happens instead of large scale investigation and punishment later, which make us turn from passive to active, and prevent electrical energy resources theft occurred.
