Abstract :
In this paper, the real-time measurement method of the moisture content of iron concentrate is studied, and the real-time monitoring of the water content of iron concentrate is realized by using the AM2305. The moisture sensing mechanism of capacitive moisture sensor is discussed, and the scheme of measuring moisture content based on MPS430 microcontroller is presented. On this basis, the mathematical model of the relationship between the water and moisture content of iron concentrate is set up by the sample configuration, experimental data collecting, analysis and calibrating. The feasibility of the method of measuring the water content of iron concentrate by using the AM2305 is demonstrated.
