Abstract :
Sintering system is a very important part in the process of iron and steel smelting, sintering system, the main exhaust fan power, energy consumption, through the technological transformation of the motor will be able to save electricity costs, reduce business production costs and improve production efficiency. However, for all the motors, air compressors, compressor systems, the mechanical loss is inevitable, uncontrollable, we can only try to maintain the equipment to reach the optimum operation, but we can be controlled by changing the way to improve its efficiency and to save energy. The fan energy-saving design, according to the degree of opening of the outlet guide vanes, the information to the PLC, S7-300 PLC control Siemens WC III inverter, inverter to control the motor speed to control the entire system to save energy.
