Abstract :
In this paper, a novel test method for thermal response parameters of micro bolometer is proposed. This method, which is based on the theory of infrared thermal radiation, has been proved to have advantages of easy-operating, efficient-testing and high-precision when combined with the new test system for measuring thermal parameters. This method is of great significance for optimizing the design of uncooled infrared focal plane detector.
