  • Abstract
    Development of information and communications technology (ICT) has brought many changes to every part of society yet the scope of education is not an exception of this trend, one of them is Smart Classroom. The Smart Classroom provides several integrated technological elements to facilitate teaching and learning activities. Furthermore, the important core of it is Smart Board. This research contains the design of ubiquitous computing technology in Smart Board which integrating hardware including board, raspberry, cloud server, and user devices. Board is formed by monitor and camera. Monitor as an output used to display learning material while camera as an input used to capture the student and surroundings. Raspberry is the hardware to control and process the Smart Board system. Cloud server works as main of computing component and cloud storage server. User device is used to send instruction and interact with Smart Board. By using the Smart Board, lecturer can send the material learning from his device. The lecturer can control the learning material from his device even from other place in distant. It also has other functionality which will be able to build teaching and learning process in classroom becomes more interactive and efficient for both students and lecturer.
