Abstract :
In this communication we have developed a technique for monitoring the fringe formation inside LDA measuring volume which allows beam quality, alignment and fringe uniformity to be evaluated in real time. For qualitative as well as quantitative analysis of fringes formed at measurement volume, FESEM analysis has also been performed.
