Abstract :
The air conditioner system is the main consumer of energy in residential sectors. Thus, in smart buildings, it is necessary to optimize its consumption and take human comfort into consideration in order to respect the trade-off between the energy demand and the indoor thermal comfort. So, an air conditioner´s model is proposed in this paper. This model´s output is the computing of the cooling capacity during a short sampling period to provide human with the energy feedback in near real time. The model is tested at the National Engineering School of Tunis in real conditions.
