Abstract :
Taking software project risk event as the study object, this paper focuses on the problem of emergency disposal of software project risk and Petri nets modeling method is introduced to analyze the concurrent progresses. According to the happened risks, its emergency management process is defined and its Petri nets model is built. Due to its homogeneous characteristics with Markov chain, its Markov chain constructed for above model. Through the analysis of activity, accessibility, safety and other performances of the model to ensure its availability and effectiveness. Quantitative analysis of the Markov chain is carried on to explore the bottleneck factors that influence the risk emergency process. The Petri nets modeling method provides a basis for improving the rate of project risk emergency reaction process, and ensures that the risks can be controlled just in time and software project can be operated efficiently and safely.
