Abstract :
The synthetic ammonia decarbonization is a complex industrial process which contains the characteristics of nonlinearity, non-Gaussian and large delay. In the complex industrial process, due to the difference of various operating conditions, and the uncertainty of disturbance and the error factors, such as equipment and the instrument itself, therefore, in the practical operation of the whole process, the control performance of each loop will deviate from its original design performance gradually. Aiming at this problem, in this paper, a new kind of method is put forward, which is called the control performance assessment method based on minimum variance, and the purpose is that it can find the problem and modify it timely, when the current control performance can not meet the industrial requirement. This paper takes the temperature of the calcinations furnace and the crystal size as the research object, and the simulation shows that this control performance assessment method based on the minimum variance is simple and effective, and also provides an effective way for the optimization control of a class of complex industrial process.
