Abstract :
Fig. 1 shows the ε′ and ε″ variation for 1 KHz frequency in a sample directly taken from the recorder. The step in ε′ correspond to the dipolar losses peak in ε″. A high temperature experimental tail associated with the AC conductivity can also be observed in the ε″ plot. From this tail one can obtain the temperature dependence of conductivity. For all the frequencies used, an Arrhenius behaviour has been found with an activation energy of 1.2 eV.
