  • Abstract
    A 2-GHz 90° hybrid with wideband filtering characteristic is represented. The designed structure is created by balanced phase shifters and bandpass filters. Measured results show that the hybrid exhibits good frequency selectivity of a 12.4% fractional bandwidth for 15-dB return loss. Bandwidth of 10% for 20-dB isolation has also been reached.
