            Abstract :
A high frequency fourth order CMOS continuous time Band-pass filter with programmable bandwidth and center frequency is presented in this paper. Simulations show that the center frequency can be tuned from 141 MHz to 603 MHz for a 1.2 pF capacitive load. This filter has been designed in a TSMC 0.25 u digital process with 2.5 V power supplies. The filter consumes around 105 mW of power with a die area of 0.4 mm2 and exhibits -32 dB THD
