A new extraction method of nonlinear behavioral model for RF power transistor

In this paper, a new, extraction method of nonlinear behavioral model for RF power transistor is presented. With this new extraction method, we can use only one set of nonlinear model to cover the entire Smith char with acceptable accuracy, which greatly reduce the model complexity compared with existed load-pull model extraction method. Both simulation and experimental test examples are provided to validate the new extraction method.
