Abstract :
In this paper, we suggested a software-defined radio (SDR) testbed for analyzing frequency interference between unlicensed devices. Due to the versatile programming capability of universal software radio peripheral (USRP) and LabVIEW, frequency interfering environments can be easily modeled. Therefore, performance degradation effects according to various parameters of interferer and victim receiver can be analyzed intuitively. For verification, we demonstrated a frequency interference scenario, consisting of Zigbee as a victim and a WiFi interferer. Measured bit error rate (BER) showed good agreement between theoretical and simulated results.
