Abstract :
In this paper a new method based on Compressive Sensing (CS) and the Method of Moment (MoM) is proposed and validated to efficiently analyze bistatic scattering problems. In the new method, the integral equation of the bistatic scattering problems is firstly discretized into its matrix form by MoM. Then the voltage vector is treated as a 1-D complex signal. And the current induced by the incident wave on the object is regarded as the same signal in impedance matrix domain. A measurements matrix is introduced based on CS theory, which convert the matrix equation to an underdetermined equation. Finally, the orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) is used to recover the induced currents by solving the underdetermined equation optimally. The validity and effectiveness of the new method are derived by comparing with traditional MoM.
