The authors looked into the mobile telecom market climate that is sharply changing and next, they would keep close eyes on IMT-2000 features focused on technology, service and market perspective. They also are analyzing value chain, market opportunity/risk for IMT-2000 business. In relation to this kind of analysis, they approach to the industry organizational theory side and marketing side for IMT-2000 business success strategy
