Abstract
The focus in this research is on the analysis of the effectiveness and relevance of two organizational management methods in the analysis of tasks to enhance the management of knowledge in organizations. The two methodologies are systems thinking (Senge et al., 1990, 1994) and Goldratt´s thinking processes (Goldratt, 1986, 1994)
