  • Abstract
    The rationale of choice of radioactive method for contactless determining the parameters of the mined rock flow is dealt with in the article. The physical processes of the interaction of gamma radiation with a granular material flow are described. The radioisotope measuring system for determining the apparent density and quantity or quality parameters is presented.
