Abstract :
Human element is at the heart of any successful business process. Many attempts have been made to reduce the operating role of the human elements within the process of industrial production. With the rapid environmental changes in the life of e-world, this tendency shall be accelerated but an insufficient attention on the issues of human factors will cause a number of failures. As any activities in a company are human systems, we cannot treat so lightly the environment in which people are forced to play their roles. In order for people to interact and collaborate across organizational boundaries and external functions, people need ability to influence others through effective communication. Intellectual networking internally and globally, and interface management to bridge the gap between recognizing the issues in technology management and practical implementation must be seriously taken. Effective technology management and knowledge management will contribute to corporate strength. The authors propose to create recognition and establishment of technology management as professional skill and team in companies worldwide
