Abstract :
There are various mechanisms for seismic surveying of the Earth, the excited oscillations or pulses. Design engineers constantly search for methods to create the lowest weight mechanism, which could be used in as many geographical zones as possible including areas difficult to travel through for heavy vehicles. The article reviews the systems of clamping the base plate to the ground.
