    The level of adoption of the Internet by business has been increasing very rapidly. The Internet provides a common platform, which is shared globally among companies. The common platform has changed the way of doing business. It nurtures e-commerce. E-commerce has changed business to business (B2B) relations. This study examines the elements of e-commerce and suggests an integrated model for B2B e-commerce. Literature survey and web site visits were used to develop the model
