Abstract
Many small rural firms have not fully integrated the Web into their operation. The simple fact is, small, rural manufacturing firms have to take advantage of this opportunity, and act decisively to optimize it. e-commerce is the tool that will create an organization that can quickly react to changes in the market place being driven by new technologies
