Summary form only given. The author and the software house proALPHA are carried out the futurist competition "IT in SMEs in the Year 2010". Researchers, practitioners, and students were invited to participate. The competition serves two groups of purposes: (i) to increase the image of proALPHA as a future-oriented, innovative and responsive software house, and (ii) to collect future ideas and to make use of them for the own future products
