Abstract :
The technology implementation phase is the most disruptive phase of a system´s life-cycle. This paper focuses on the approach used to develop a modeling framework allows for the evaluation, prediction, and control of the procurement, and implementation of new technologies. The system dynamics with data envelopment analysis incorporated (SD(DEA)) framework provides a robust and useful approach to performance measurement and evaluation of systems with combinatorial and complexity problems. SD(DEA) is a framework that encompasses the theory and methodology of system dynamics with a linear programming based application known as data envelopment analysis (DEA)
