Abstract :
This paper presents the design and analysis of a promising type of Ultra Wideband (UWB) hyperchaotic generator, based on the Colpitts oscillator, for wireless communication applications operating in the frequency range of 3.1-10.6 GHz, and respecting the FCC standard which has been actively developed in recent years. The new UWB hyperchaotic oscillator is obtained by using the BFG425w transistor as active element in the fourth order Colpitts oscillator. This transistor is characterized by its transition frequency of 25 GHz offering possibility to generate microwave hyperchaotic signals.
