Abstract :
Summary form only given. This paper presents two advanced business simulations. The winning at design simulation provides a mirror for viewing and studying business´s culture. The simulation exposes the use and functioning of vision, coaching, risk taking and partnerships within a business. This simulation helped a leading high-tech firm maintain their entrepreneurial culture while growing eight-fold in just a few years. In further corporate training courses, pre- and post-simulation questionnaires showed significant change in employees´ attitudes. The Executive Innovation simulation teaches executives of high-tech firms to manage innovation and R&D. In this simulation a technological breakthrough initiates a competitive ferment that destroys an industry while creating a new one. Executives manage a firm through this process
