Abstract

The Industriestiftungsinstitut E-Business is the platform for the University of Klagenfurt (Austria) for dealing with the connecting of different e-business disciplines. Several research teams and departments of the Institute of Informatics and Economics co-operate in these teams; other research teams, also from the faculty of social sciences, will follow soon. There will be developed a certificate, which shows-additionally to the diploma certificate-knowledge in the area of e-business. Students will be offered different lectures for the support of themes in the area of e-business, for the support of demand from enterprises and for the gap of qualified personnel in the e-business area. For the support of enterprises, different projects meeting their requirements will be offered
