Abstract :
This paper proposes a reactive-power balancing scheme for two inverter-based distributed generations that supplies electric power to the load through two lines with different impedance. The proposed scheme compensates the different line voltage drop due to unequal line impedances by adding a feed-forward path to the droop control. The performance of the proposed scheme was verified by computer simulations and experimental works with scaled hardware prototype.
