Substation switching arrangements using compact hybrid modules

The present document shows an analysis about the possible application of compact hybrid modules on substations, taking into account the most common layouts applied on transmission substations. At the end of the analysis the considerations that must be taken into account are identified, as well as the advantages in comparison with conventional equipment.
