  • Abstract
    The output of practical ADCs contains harmonic distortion due to mismatched circuit components. In this paper, a method is developed which estimates an ADC´s output frequency spectrum, SDR, and SNDR from the ADC´s transfer function. An example is given which compares the developed method´s results with existing methods and simulation
