  • Abstract
This project aims to improve the process of interpreting, for the general public, Cultural Heritage objects and environments when using 3d real-time computer-visualization. Specifically, it wants to contribute to the narrative construction - or storytelling - by implementing it semi-automatically in the visual codification of the created interpretation stories. It explores the possibility to communicate scientific-historical research directly to the public in an easy way. This is achieved with the use of a web platform that gives the possibility to translate specific collected data in a visual form through written natural languages and 3d visualization. The written text is directly linked to a 3d real-time environment, giving the possibilities to modify the interpretation and its corresponding visual representation, and to create as many versions as desired. This tool tries to empower historians, archaeologist, curators, interpreters and Cultural Heritage “storytellers” in general, with an easy and powerful working platform including: a 3d real-time environment, a free text area input and a scientific-historical and archaeological dataset space. The stories are simply written and their corresponding visual interpretations are automatically updated and ready for public interaction.
