Abstract :
A lattice predictor is used for frequency estimation of a harmonic process in additive Gaussian noise. Methods based on second-order statistics can be used for frequency estimation. However, when the harmonic signal is corrupted by noise, they give biased frequency estimates. We propose a higher-order statistic based block algorithm that reduces this bias
