Abstract :
This paper introduces a voltage-control strategy using proportional plus resonant controllers and current-filter-feedback. It also presents two harmonic-compensator topologies, and an analytical methodology to calculate the controller parameters. Furthermore, simulation and experimental results of a 3.6 kVA prototype validated the theoretical assumptions. Main results shown a three-phase inverter with a settling-time of 33 ms, up to 1.8% voltage THD under nonlinear load, and less than 15% output-voltage disturbances under full-rated load. These outcomes verified the effectiveness of the proposed control-strategy and accomplished the IEC62040-3 and IEEE519 international standards.
