Abstract :
In this paper, an algorithm of generating transmitter identifier signal of CMMB based on FFT is proposed in order to overcome the problem of the slow calculation speed of generating the identifier signal using the definition formula of CMMB. According to the nature of DFT and cyclic convolution, the relationship between the result of FFT and the cyclic prefix can be identified by changing the time variable and constructing a periodic signal. The MATLAB and Visual Studio simulation results are presented to demonstrate that, the proposed algorithm can generate transmitter identifier signal quickly and its speed is two orders of magnitude faster than the algorithm using the definition formula of the identifier signal.
